"PJ put a roof on our suburban Del. home, their estimate came in around the middle of 4. I asked if we would have to replace all plywood cause that happened to a neighbor they did. (Also the highest-estimate contractor, Hurlock's, had recommended full replacement.) PJ lowballed it a bit anyway. Of course when they ripped the roof off they said all the plywood was bad and we'd have to pay more. We met them partway. They worked quick, big crew. Roof looks great, seals and drains great (after a few summer thunderstorms), they also did a good job re-mounting our old gutters. A tough winter or 10 will tell for sure... I found the trim a little ragged or loose at a couple points, they came right out and fixed. I'd recommend them again, just that if your roof is old assume you'll need full new plywood and add it to your estimate."
